Experiencing a first date can be terrifying. The atmosphere is as confusing as it can be, the air hangs with questions that can only be answered after execution, which is in itself very risky. The sketch starts with a guy questioning how they should introduce themselves and the food that needs to be ordered. The person initially fascinates and appreciates the other’s appearance and is fascinated about him. The guy he is on a date with handles the anxiety of what conversation to build and some of the anxieties are shared by both of them. Both of them are scared to take any of the first steps. One of them compares the other one with their ex. The date continues with awkward questions being thrown around and deflected. The date ends with the infamous indecisiveness of hugging or shaking hands.
