First kisses are a butterfly inducing moment, but can also be terrifying post moments. It is an up-down situation, fraught with “what ifs”. The first thought while entering your home after your first kiss is the anxiety of getting caught, somehow, even if there is no way for the parents to know. Then comes the waves of sexual insecurities and anxieties, “maine theek toh kiya hoga na”, “pregnant toh nahi ho jayegi” etc etc. That is the terrifying part of post first kiss moment. The butterflies keep on fluttering in the stomach though, thanks to the constant replaying of the memory, obviously, i mean who does not replay their first kiss over and over again. Another terrifying moment is the thought of the implication of the kiss on the relationship, since there is a shift in the level of intimacy in the relationship. All in all, the post first kiss mostly stands euphoric.
